Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@nyeluxejewels.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@nyeluxejewels.store
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
