To ensure you receive your order promptly, we implement a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model. This means your purchase is shipped directly from our trusted manufacturers. Please note that orders containing items from multiple manufacturers may arrive in separate shipments.   Given our reliance on our partners' stock levels, availability can fluctuate. We’ll happily verify product availability with the relevant manufacturer.  

Ground Shipping

We ship small parcels via ground shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, in-stock items typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive an email notification if there are any delays. For your convenience, ground shipping doesn't require a signature. To ensure timely delivery, consider making arrangements for package retrieval if you won't be home.
